About Returns
Important: Returns are not free. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you can.
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.
However, for the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must include all corresponding parts and accessories and be properly packaged.
- The product must have been handled with care, with no damage caused by improper use.
- For products that require hygiene considerations, they must be properly cleaned before starting the return process.
- If the product was received defective, this must be verified.
- We reserve the right to charge the return shipping costs to the customer.
- Returns are processed within 7 business days. If the conditions are met, they will be officially approved within this time frame.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns of used or damaged products, except in cases of error on our part.
How to make a return, If your order meets the conditions above, follow these steps to initiate a return:

- Include the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the product (in case of damage)
- Your full name
- Address
After that, we will provide you with the return address. Do not send the package to the sender. It is essential to contact us first to obtain the correct address.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
All returns must be sent, at the customer’s expense, to our central warehouse in Asia.
