About Shipping

We will prepare your shipment within 1 to 3 business days after your order has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekdays are generally processed within 1 business day, while orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may take slightly longer.

Once shipped, the order will be delivered within an estimated 8 to 12 business days.

Order Reshipment Policy

If your order is returned for any of the following reasons:

An incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout
Delivery refused or not accepted by the recipient
No response to re delivery attempts by the carrier when such service is available

We reserve the right to charge a 50 percent reshipment fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

Note:
In some cases, carriers may offer a return option. If reshipment is refused or not completed within the timeframe set by the carrier, reshipment fees will apply.

To avoid this, we strongly recommend verifying your delivery information at the time of purchase and responding promptly to any delivery related issues.
