4.Shipping and delivery

4.1 Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location but are generally between 7 and 14 business days.
4.2 (Ruby & Ellen) is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs, strikes, or events beyond our control.
4.3 The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

5.Right of withdrawal and returns

5.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
5.2 To exercise this right, the customer must first contact us by email at (support@rubyellenboutique.com) and provide:

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Full name
• Address
• Product photos in case of defects

5.3 Important: Returns are not free. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia. The return address will be provided by email.
5.4 The product must be returned unused, with all accessories, clean, and in its original packaging.
5.5 Once the product has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund within a maximum of 7 business days.
5.6 We reserve the right to refuse returns of used, damaged, or unjustified products.

6.Legal warranty

6.1 All our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided by applicable law.
6.2 In the event of a defective product, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement, or, in certain cases, a refund, provided that the defect is not due to improper use.
